I've always had a passion to help others, initially in 2000 I trained in holistic therapies which led me to my love of crystals and towards a conscious path of healing. I have studied various healing modalities over the years including shamanic healing, womb work and sound. Each one has helped me deepen my own journey, the walk of the soul coming home to the self. I love to support and help people grow and re-connect to the innate power , wisdom and intelligence we all have to self heal. The body knows how to heal and come back into balance. Currently I am based in Devon UK and working remotely offering one to one sessions and creating frequency art.
